Refund policy:

Please contact us right away if you find a problem with your order.  We want our customers to have the best experience and confidence in shopping with us, and for this reason, we offer a 30 day return policy.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Custom or personalized orders can not be returned.  If you do have a problem with this type of purchase, please reach out right away and we will work with you to solve the problem. 

To start the return process, please advise us that you will be returning your order.  We will provide the address for return of the items.  Buyer will be responsible for return shipping fee.  When we take receipt of the returned order, we will process the refund and provide your payment back to you on the card that you purchased from.  The funds may take a few days to reach your account, please reach out to your financial institution to find out what their time frame is on processing refunds.  We have no control over this. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at the email address listed on the invoice.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


If you receive your order and an item is defective or not of top quality, please reach out to us right away.  We may ask that you send us a photo of the damaged or defective item.  At this time, we will immediately send you a replacement product.  


If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be receiving the credit for the returned item, since the refund will have to go on the original payment method.  You can however chose to receive a store credit and apply it to other items in our shop.  In this unique scenario, reach out to us and we will work through it with you. 

Shipping returns

At the start of your refund process, we will provide you with the address to send your items back to. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, however, we will send the replacement out to you the next business day after learning of the problem. 

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
